29 Palms Marine Corps Band

The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Band under the direction of Staff Sergeant Brooks, hails from Twentynine Palms, California.  Established in the late 1950s, the Combat Center Band is one of the youngest Marine Corps musical units.  Comprised of 51 members, the band travels all over Southern California to perform.  The band provides perimeter security and serves as a machine gun platoon during times of war.  With veterans in their ranks, these men and women are true “Marine Musicians.”
